Close to other towns and state border

If you want to travel, the state border with Bosnia and Hercegovina is only 6 km far from
apartments. A little interesting town Orašje is 9 km far from them. To arrive in Vinkovci you have to drive 25 km and in Vukovar 39 km. The airport in Osijek is 45 km far from Županja.

The atmosphere around apartments is excellent for relaxation

There is a nice large yard, arranged in traditional style: a barbecue, wooden tables and benches. The large lawn – plot is attractive for your children. They can play on toboggan or in a small house.

Food and drink

There aren’t any restaurants in the aprtments complex but you can visit a lot of restaurants with traditional specialities in Županja and in surroundings. We suggest you to visit many OPG-s (Family farming communities) in the neighbourhood.

There is air conditioning in all our apartments, TV-set with satellite programmes and a free WI-FI connection.

Cycling

Cycling is the best way to get acquainted with diversity of our countryside. You can ride your bikes through fields and villages, that aren’t included in visiting programmes for tourists. You can explore alone or with your friends the beauty of the Spačva forest, the river Sava and of course visit small family farms

Hunting and hunt escort

In Croaian forest there are a lot of different sorts od animals and plants. Hunting grounds attract hunters and photo safary fans. They can take a lot of amazing photos of pants and animals. If you want to hunt you have to be followed by a person who has a hunting licence. Enjoy the beautiful countryside, plants and animals.

Fishing

Enjoy fishing on the river Sava. There are a lot of fish in the river, for example sheat-fish, perches, pikes and other small and big fish. Fishermen come to the river all year long.

If you come from the highway A3, drive to the second entrance – direction Orašje. On the traffic lights follow the main road (Braća Radić street) to the roundabout. On the second exit, your destination “Apartments Špoljar” is on the right.

It was the first town in Croaita where peole played football and tennis. We are very proud of that.Let you know something about the golden valley, blue sky.
